My visit to Jim Ellis Mazda was a textbook example of why people hate car shopping. I was clear from the start: I am a partner employee using the Mazda S-Plan, I am shopping around, and I was not buying toda people hate car shopping. Despite this, David Travieso and Arselid Mucaj made the next hour a complete nightmare. David spent the entire time being a roadblock. He lied about S-Plan eligibility, claiming it doesn’t stack with the 0% APR promo (it does), and refused to let me even look at the CX-30 or CX-50. When he realized I wasn’t closing a deal on the spot, he became hostile and condescending. The lowest point was when he involved my fiancée in a blatantly misogynistic way, asking, 'You gonna let your girl drive a Ford?' after I mentioned I was also considering my Ford X-Plan benefits. To top it off, Arselid Mucaj got involved in the deception. Arselid explicitly told me he would text me the deal with the S-Plan pricing so I could compare it. Instead, he purposely sent me the generic online retail price of the car, completely omitting the S-Plan discount I’m entitled to. This dealership’s culture appears to be built on manipulation, gatekeeping, and a total lack of respect for women and partner employees. If you value your time, your family, and your sanity, stay away from David and Arselid. Jim Ellis should be ashamed of this level of service. More

When I told him I was ready to buy, he came in on his day off. That's true dedication. Hilton was so patient with me. I knew what vehicle I wanted but wasn't sure of the color or the style of wheel.
