I was having a hard time getting the back up camera fixed. Finally, Mazda issued a recall 3 1/2 years after the camera stopped working. When I called for an appointment to have it fixed, I was told th fixed. Finally, Mazda issued a recall 3 1/2 years after the camera stopped working. When I called for an appointment to have it fixed, I was told they were overbooked. I spoke with Carlos Mercado, the service manager. He could not have been more helpful. He helped me ge5 it scheduled as well as explained why it was so frustrating to get this recall fixed. While it was still a little frustrating having to jump through Mazda’s hoops to get it resolved, Carlos and his team could not have been more helpful. Great service, great people at the Jim Ellis dealership. Thanks for your help ! More

Anjanie Waddy was helpful and took time to show us different models. It was obvious she cared about our experience. The paperwork went quickly and the gentleman who handled that was friendly. Sales is great - that's the part where the dealership gets your money. Anything after that is whatever is cheapest and easiest for THEM, not for you. They wanted to sell me a grossly over-priced 5-year gets your money. Anything after that is whatever is cheapest and easiest for THEM, not for you. They wanted to sell me a grossly over-priced 5-year tire and wheel warranty which I immediately declined. Then they dropped the price by HALF and promised me that any wheel scuffs would simply result in a replacement wheel (no cosmetic repairs taking days to complete). The first time I went to use that warranty, as expected (too good to be true), they had lied. They wanted my car left with them for several days so that an outside contractor can come at his convenience to cosmetically touch-up my curb-rashed wheel. I asked for a refund on the bogus warranty and they were DESPERATE to talk me into keeping the warranty. No way - I can't be without my car for days because of a scuffed wheel. Jim Ellis knows that which is why they're eager to take your money and then jerk you around on delivering what was promised. More
This dealership was by far the most cooperative and family like experience I’ve had as a first time buyer shopping around they made me feel comfortable and welcomed! The salesmen Josh , Marion & Bruno were very nice and did everything I n their power to get me in the car I wanted. And my finance manager Rhyan made sure he got me in a budget and credit friendly deal! Also they did everything in their power to make sure my used vehicle was in tip top condition before leaving the dealership. From oil changed to tires I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and my car. I could write an essay about how enjoyable the experience was for me. I likely won’t get a car anywhere else as long as I’m in Georgia. More
