Lorenzo Smith, the manager, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered a lots of questions about the feel of the car and quality of driving it, since I was not able to test drive the car before I made my decision. Dick Ivey has gone out of his way to help me with ergonomics and measurements of the car. Luke Marcotte, the finance manager, made the transaction very smooth and timely.
