Service done for anti-theft recall. Alarms sounded and would not turn off, the first time car was started, after service completed. Had to get car towed back to dealership. If car issue was unrelated to recall service, then yes, I should have been responsible for fee. I asked to speak to the manager, Mark Kerkoski, but he never returned my calls. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I feel Jim Ellis Kia didn't hold up to what I would have expected. The courtesy of a phone call was the least I deserved. More
I was told over the phone that someone else could not drop off my vehicle for oil changes or service. This is highly problematic since I work A LOT. Told my daughter or son could not drop it off cause th drop off my vehicle for oil changes or service. This is highly problematic since I work A LOT. Told my daughter or son could not drop it off cause they were now owners and could not authorize work to be done on my vehicle. A simple oil change. Then when I brought it in myself and asked about this policy was told that was not the case. I was also told I would be called to schedule the recall work on my KIA and no one ever called. I again brought my car in for another oil change and asked about getting the recall taken care of and was told they could not schedule me cause their “systems were down”. When making the sale of the car, everyone was so nice and accommodating but once that car drives off the lot you’re on your own. We love my KIA but we’ll absolutely be buying our next one for my daughter at a different location. More
I love the people here. However their process to try and get your warranty items fixed is a bad Kia policy. I have had an oil leak in my car for nearly a year. It is absurd they seal the oil on your car. Then Tell you to put 1000 miles on it. You hear the car whining, and clicking but you can’t add oil. My engine is going to blow before they fix it. More
Amazing team work from the porter, sales associate and specially the store manager. I was worried about staying all the for this purchase but it was the totally opposite, it was fast, fun and I came out w specially the store manager.
