Service Experience I called one day before I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me for the date and time I needed. I arrived I called one day before I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me for the date and time I needed. I arrived at my scheduled time and they got me right in. They checked for any recalls on my vehicle and then got my car back for the oil changed. They told me it would be complete within 45 min. They completed the oil change in the time frame given and washed and vacuumed my car upon returning my keys. They were polite and efficient. More
Diana is the bomb! Diana always gets me in at short notice and takes care of me. She ordered a paint pen for me and went over any recalls. First experience with service dept. very favorable. I was a little late going in (past the 5000 miles mark) for my first oil change. Went in on Friday and they were very busy. I chose to come back on Sa I was a little late going in (past the 5000 miles mark) for my first oil change. Went in on Friday and they were very busy. I chose to come back on Sat. Sat afternoon was almost as busy but they worked me in (so I didn’t have to come back a third time. In and out in less than 45 minutes. I’ll take the win! More
Good service I spoke with lavar, he resolved my issues and kept me informed throughout. I went in for a resolution to a clicking issue in my steering wheel that I I spoke with lavar, he resolved my issues and kept me informed throughout. I went in for a resolution to a clicking issue in my steering wheel that I was told would require an engine rebuild from a different mechanic. Lavar informed me of what the issue actually was and walked me through what repairing the issues would entail. Overall a good experience, my only complaint is the cost but that was out of his control so I can’t really complain. Also my car was cleaned free of charge so that was quite pleasing. More
