He just seemed to get more upset with every question. Which I thought my questions were reasonable. Randy said he couldn't talk and type at the same time. Randy said if I asked another question he would refuse my service. I told him if you are not able to deal with the public you shouldn't be in a customer related field. He threw his hands up and said thats it and told me to leave. I asked to speak to Joe Carter the service manager and I was told he was in a meeting along with every other manager. I left then went to Metro Kia in Cartersville, very friendly and ended up saving $400 from what CCK had quoted me. Our family has been doing business with CCK since 2007 and their new personal does not do them justice. No manager ever called me back from CCK and I just found out why. Randy Morse my service advisor at CCW has a family member Chad Morse over the service department of three car dealerships including CCK. Not a satisfied customer I had my car towed to Cobb County Kia, on the 26th of June to be serviced. I was told by a gentleman named Clay that it would cost me around $120 to h I had my car towed to Cobb County Kia, on the 26th of June to be serviced. I was told by a gentleman named Clay that it would cost me around $120 to have my car looked at, and if I had my car fixed there that money will be deducted from the total. When I went to pick my car up after repairs I was told that amount was not deducted from the total, his exact words to me was that that cost just goes away. There is a distinct difference between having an amount being taken away from the total cost of a repair and having that cost just going away. My other issue is, that I took my car back Monday because my air conditioner wasn't working, I was told that I had to pay $120.00 for diagnostic test. I told the associate my air conditioning working fine when I bought my car in on Friday. He told me the technician had to get paid to service my car. He then told me where they put in the starter and were the air conditioner was not even close to each other, as if the technician could not have cause the problem with my air conditioner not working. I have an elderly mother whom still drives but doesn't know anything about cars. She does not speak English well, as being from an Asian country. We already had a problem with them last month because they sold her something she did not need during a routine oil change and that is where I added to be contacted if anything was done with her vehicle. She had a flat tire so she took the vehicle to the dealership. She was told at with only 20k miles on a 2011 model vehicle the flat tire was "worn out" beyond repair . At that point the service writer LISA told her she needed 1 new tire, she did not inform her of the other tires needing replacement, that would be a safety issue in my book! Instead LISA just sold her the one tire. The service manager MATT was notified of the safety issue with the other tires and said that LISA did her job and sold her the one flat tire. MATT goes on to say that there was nothing he could do about the other "worn out" tires, which shocked me. Matt became rude over the phone because I was wanting some "REAL" customer service assistance. I am my mothers only advocate. Kia Cobb County wont be her advocate. They just wanted the sale. So, I took the vehicle to Marietta Kia where they treated us correctly, Just let this be known that whenever you have an elderly woman or any woman getting service repairs, then it would be in everyone's best interest to have someone with them as to not be taken advantaged of. Granted, there are many women who know how to handle themselves and have a lot of knowledge about vehicles, but I believe they are the highest population that are taken advantage of by fraudulent and dishonest practices. July 2012, I purchased a 2013 Sorento. the salesman was good, the price was good. However I felt as though i was sold a brand new lemon. from the day I purchased it I complained about a serious rough idle. good, the price was good. It took a total of three visits and reporting my experince to Kia headquarters to correct the issue. Chris Caracalas, Svc. Mgr doesn't return calls and doesn't follow up like headquarters recommends. I was informed that one reason he didn't return my calls is because he ordered the wrong part which delayed the repair. Long story, short it was finally recommended the the alternater and tensioner be replaced on the brand new vehicle in order for it to drive smoothely. I reported that i was not getting good gas milelage, soon afterwards i receieved an e-mail indicating that the Kia Co incorrectly reported to customers the MPG you should expect. Now that I look back at it; the manuafacturer, dealer and salesman(David Horne) who no longer works for the company all knew that the vehicles were a peice of crap. I would not recommend the vehicle or the delaer to anyone I care about. The only good experience was working with Lisa King who is vey compassionate and understands the frustartion of the customers and she strives hard to make Kia's wrong, right. My three visits were three to four hours each spent at a dealer on my only day off. This is way too much for anyone to have to endure. More

Each employee we dealt with was polite, compassionate, and service-oriented. We broke down on I-75 in 100+ heat on a Sunday afternoon. Kia Roadside Assistance dispatched one unit who said an hr later we were too far away. A second tow truck was sent with a quote of 1 hr to reach us. My children were melting, and I feared they were going to get too hot (heat stroke or exhaustion). In desperation, I called the Kia Dealership after seeing their billboard. The manager sent a salesman for us due to the heat. They brought cold water bottles, drove us back to the dealership, and LOANED us a van to take our children to camp. We were passing thru from NC to Rome, GA. So, the motivation was not a sale. They fixed our 2006 Kia. It was a fairly simple thing that disabled the ESC, so everything in the van shut down in the middle of I-75. We thank God for them, and will tell anyone who is interested in a KIA to use Cobb County. More
