Management determined to make it a good experience I had some issues with them not ordering the part I needed for my scheduled appointment so after a wasted trip out there I was very frustrated. Beamer a call and he was very proactive. He called me multiple times until he got a hold of me and scheduled another appointment after ensuring the part had been delivered. He gave me a loaner car to use until my car was ready to be picked up. Jason did the service appointment and he was great too. What started out as a negative experience was quickly fixed and made a good one. More

No stress. I stopped in with no appointment after taking my grandchildren to two different schools. That morning and the afternoon before I needed to have my car I stopped in with no appointment after taking my grandchildren to two different schools. That morning and the afternoon before I needed to have my car jumped so I was afraid to turn it off and not be able to start it again. Robert was just wonderful when I told him why I was there with no appointment and asked if they could work me in. He said no problem. We will get you going as soon as we can. I realized being Monday they were probably booked solid and this was going to take some time, in which it did. Tire indicator light and oil change Lavar was awesome and professional as always when we took my Kia Sorento in due to the tire pressure light was on. Fortunately there wasn't a nail in Lavar was awesome and professional as always when we took my Kia Sorento in due to the tire pressure light was on. Fortunately there wasn't a nail in the tire, but Lavar was sure to have them submerge the tire in water to be absolutely sure there were no leaks/holes.
