I have taken it to KIA a few times to have it looked The air in my Kia Sportage (the feet area) has not worked properly since the day I purchased it. I have taken it to KIA a few times to have it looked at and I was starting to think that KIA sold me a bad car because no one could see the problem until Leanna Knight took interest in the situation and decided she was going to get to the bottom of the issue and she did. We are still waiting on a part to come in to the service department but the air in my KIA will finally be fixed, no more hot feet in the Summer or cold feet in the Winter. Thank you Leanne!!! This has kept me from giving KIA a bad review all around. You are awesome!! More
