Fantastic experience! My Kia Optima has a black rubber piece on the front bumper and it came off when I pulled up to closely to a curb. I popped in to Kia Kennesaw & my service advisor, Diana, got my car in & fixed within 30 minutes. She was very nice & helpful & also had my car washed for me!! It was exactly like being at a luxury car dealership. There was coffee, tea & snacks available to me and a clean waiting room with tv. Great experience!! More

It was suggested that I have a lot more work done on the car than what I felt we needed. It makes me uncomfortable to have to always say no to that. Why can’t younjust do what I came in for and let that be that? More

My service professional, Mr. Robbie Brooks, explained what was going to done and answered all questions in a very courteous, friendly, professional manner. I have visited the service center many time over the past 5 years and Mr. Brooks has always been extremely helpful and honest - not just with me - but I have listened to him when he was assisting other customers. He treated them in the same respectful, professional, courteous manners as he did with me. The best testament of Mr. Brooks professionalism is from my wife - she tells me she doesn't mind taking the car for service because of Mr. Brooks. More
Standard everyday service Nothing out of the ordinary. I made an online appointment but the service rep couldn't find it. He asked if I wanted the car run through the wash, but Nothing out of the ordinary. I made an online appointment but the service rep couldn't find it. He asked if I wanted the car run through the wash, but I automatically thought it was an uncharge so I was hesitant. He then said it was a free service. Probably should have led the request of "would you like our free car wash?" My only concern was that my digital service display wasn't reset. No worries though, I reset it myself. Overall it met expectations. More
