. Kia of Kennesaw booked and scheduled me an appointment for a recall then the day off said they didn’t have the part. I had scheduled off from work and missed money. I had to call all the way to California for a recall then the day off said they didn’t have the part. I had scheduled off from work and missed money. I had to call all the way to California to see about this recall. California Kia said they had the part and more important of all Kia of Kennesaw had it. I will never get a Kia. More
I took a fully functional car for some kind of fuse box recall fix and my car lower engine leak all over my driveway upon return from the dealership??? Very frustrating and what a shame even they didn’t me recall fix and my car lower engine leak all over my driveway upon return from the dealership??? Very frustrating and what a shame even they didn’t mention or see any other issues that car had while they fixed the recall item - I had to take my car now to local mechanic and they asked me $600 to fix it - car has been a junk since I owned it and I had to change the engine over $6000 because of head gasket issue - stay away from kia Sorento in my experience More

Told the dealership I had finished the 100K maintenance with another dealership this summer (July 2024) and requested for a check of anything that ne Told the dealership I had finished the 100K maintenance with another dealership this summer (July 2024) and requested for a check of anything that needed servicing. Instead of looking at the vehicle or performing an inspection the dealership wrote up $2.3k worth of services… Including changing the spark plugs!! They were changed not even 4 months prior and anyone who looked could tell they were not original to the 2017 vehicle. Ridiculous and very scammy. This was following a discussion with the service representative that those repairs had already occurred. Cannot recommend to go anywhere else enough. Please stop throwing your money away here, go somewhere they actually look at your car!! More
