smitheb13 responded PRIVATELY on 10/24/24 7:11 PM I tried calling and was told Sam Stewart was at his desk and available. The phone call went to voicemail, yet another example of the lack of transparency in operations for your dealership. Now, one week later and I still have not received a call back acknowledgment. This is a prime example of poor customer management!
