Service was great but it is really annoying how every time I schedule a service, I get a phone call regarding if I am interested in getting my vehicle appraised. The most recent phone entailed the repres time I schedule a service, I get a phone call regarding if I am interested in getting my vehicle appraised. The most recent phone entailed the representative asking me if my car was paid off after I told her I wasn’t interested because I can’t afford a new car at this time. That was none of her business. I should have replied “I don’t know, is yours?” If I continue getting annoying phone calls like this, I will be taking my car to get serviced elsewhere. Thank you. More
