I could never get ahold of my service advisor. He wouldn’t even call back when I left messages, so I had to physically come in to get any thing scheduled, etc. Because of that, my ticket got passe He wouldn’t even call back when I left messages, so I had to physically come in to get any thing scheduled, etc. Because of that, my ticket got passed around to several people and no one really knew what was going on with it. This was especially frustrating because I was going to be going out of town soon. I would have rated lower than 3 stars except that when I came in the last time, an older gentleman helped me a ton! I think he even gave me a discount for my trouble. I really appreciate him. I wish I could remember his name :( More
