No one calls you back when you need updates. You have to go in to the dealership to get answers. No one ever calls you back and they don’t know what’s going on like they don’t have notes to let You have to go in to the dealership to get answers. No communication. We have owned this brand new car for 5 months. It has been in the shop 4-5 times we are approaching 30 days of this car in the shop. Dropped my car off 5/23. Little to no communication occurred after that. Parts weren’t even ordered until mid July. Little to no communication followed that as well. Fast forward to last week my car was finally ready, but my battery was dead because it had sat motionless for 3+ months. Dealership advised that I was on the hook for that even though it was their fault. Upon receiving my car I discovered that my AC unit is also not working now (it was working prior to leaving at dealership). Dealership is not responding to my requests for a reason as to why this is the case. Car was also disgusting on the outside when typically the dealership washes it prior to delivery. All around terrible experience compounded by extra work that I’m now paying for and the service team making me feel like the jerk. I would not recommend this service department to an enemy of mine. More
