I got bad experience at Kia service store. I was told to pay about $720 to change brakes but needed to wait several days to get parts. But when the parts arrived and I was told that I had to pay about $2500 to get repaired. It was a big difference and I lost the opportunity to get my car repaired earlier at other stores. I couldn’t accept such high new price and then had to go to Tire Stone to fix and I just paid $1300 which is half price of your store. But the problem is I have wasted several days. Your advisor seems has not enough experience and also was not responsive. I felt very disappointed More

The service lady, Mallory was WONDERFUL. When the service was complete, I had a tire light come on my dashboard that was not there previous to my appointment. Before I left, I pulled back in When the service was complete, I had a tire light come on my dashboard that was not there previous to my appointment. Before I left, I pulled back in to the bay door area and one of your employees name Duke was very disrespectful and down right insulting to me. There was a car in front of me when Duke told me to pull around to the back so other techs could check my tire pressure. I asked him how should I pull around since there was a car in front of me and he said ( in a condescending voice), and I quote " you will have to put it in reverse. Can you do that or do I need to do it for you?" He made me feel like I was stupid. I've been driving, including reverse for the last 47 years. Now when I think of Jim Ellis Kia, I don't like it. Thanks to Duke, I will not be returning. More
The communication has been less than desirable when trying to get an issue serviced. It is a known issue that is under warranty and they had the car two weeks before letting us know the parts are on ba trying to get an issue serviced. It is a known issue that is under warranty and they had the car two weeks before letting us know the parts are on back order. Picked our car up and they said they will let us know when parts arrive. It has been another 2 weeks and we have not gotten updates on when the parts will be arriving. Second issue is that our car came back with two new problems- and I can’t get the service manager to call me to talk about the issues. It’s frustrating to say the least. More
