They did not make all of the repairs even though when we made the appt we had the other repair as well. Tgeh said it would be 1-3 days for the recall and 3-5 days to look at the other. They also did not inform us about the software upgrade that they did I. Addition to the seat recall that had the parking brake automatically engage. While I am glad the did it, they should have told us. For days I thought I was going crazy and was googling how to turn this off and trying to fix it until I finally found something about Kia’s “ rolling away” and had an aha moment and called the dealer to ask if they did something and was told they did. More
