I brought my kea on 7-26-24 for a new battery that I paid over $200 for. In less than 2 months the battery was dead again! Well the service person was nice but… the whole process here is absurd. Wait for an appointment; pay $230 to have a tech look at your car; leave the car ( with no loaner) for 5 days and then they will tell here is absurd.
