Kris the service guy was horrible. I brought my car in for the engine light told him what the code was reading. They did not fix the code but instead told me they needed Toto fix the O I brought my car in for the engine light told him what the code was reading. They did not fix the code but instead told me they needed Toto fix the Oil control valve which would take off the engine light , but it didn’t. Later they came back to say they had to do a deeper dive into the camshaft to see the issue and that the entire camshaft needed to be replaced which I felt was false. I asked Kris to give me a quote on just the camshaft sensor, he advised me he could not give me a quote on the sensor because that’s not the issue with the car. I took the car to another dealership the next day sensor was placed and engine light off. I paid them for work and they never resolved the issue. Just lied the whole time. Will never go back. More
