Service was great but it is really annoying how every time I schedule a service, I get a phone call regarding if I am interested in getting my vehicle appraised. The most recent phone entailed the repres time I schedule a service, I get a phone call regarding if I am interested in getting my vehicle appraised. The most recent phone entailed the representative asking me if my car was paid off after I told her I wasn’t interested because I can’t afford a new car at this time. That was none of her business. I should have replied “I don’t know, is yours?” If I continue getting annoying phone calls like this, I will be taking my car to get serviced elsewhere. Thank you. More

. Kia of Kennesaw booked and scheduled me an appointment for a recall then the day off said they didn’t have the part. I had scheduled off from work and missed money. I had to call all the way to California for a recall then the day off said they didn’t have the part. I had scheduled off from work and missed money. I took a fully functional car for some kind of fuse box recall fix and my car lower engine leak all over my driveway upon return from the dealership??? Very frustrating and what a shame even they didn’t me recall fix and my car lower engine leak all over my driveway upon return from the dealership??? Very frustrating and what a shame even they didn’t mention or see any other issues that car had while they fixed the recall item - I had to take my car now to local mechanic and they asked me $600 to fix it - car has been a junk since I owned it and I had to change the engine over $6000 because of head gasket issue - stay away from kia Sorento in my experience More

Instead of looking at the vehicle or performing an inspection the dealership wrote up $2.3k worth of services… Including changing the spark plugs!! They were changed not even 4 months prior and anyone who looked could tell they were not original to the 2017 vehicle. Ridiculous and very scammy. This was following a discussion with the service representative that those repairs had already occurred. Cannot recommend to go anywhere else enough. Please stop throwing your money away here, go somewhere they actually look at your car!! More
