Very friendly staff. Easy to make appointment. Only disappointment was how long it took. I was there for oil change/tire rotation. They also did 2 recalls that were outst Easy to make appointment. My service rep, Kris, did a great job. Got me in and out with the problem battery diagnosed and replaced in about an hour. The mechanic even live-streamed me from the shop as he was wrapping up to let me know what he was doing, when he'd be done and also what items on my car they had checked that were fine. Meantime I was enjoying their showroom, free lattes and cafe-style tables where all of us repair customers could plug in and work on our laptops while they worked on our cars. Very cool. More
Did not do what I originally requested. Then told me what the problem was, and was quoted about $400 to fix. Thank you for providing me with a Lyft ride home and back to the dealer. (I don’t have a ride with out my car.) I was concerned, due to my poor service at this dealership last time, I would be with out a ca to the dealer. (I don’t have a ride with out my car.) This time, my car was serviced quickly and I was able to receive my car before it was promised. I was impressed with the service this time. More

Very pleased with the personnel and the service but very unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Offers two oil changes but only within one year but the car doesn’t need an oil change until 8000 miles unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Our car only had 6200 miles so how was I supposed to have two oil changes during the first year. Very unfair!! More
