Gregory Michael, finance manager at Jim Ellis is patient and strait shooting, but in dealing with HFC which is located in Texas you cannot talk to a human. It is all done via text and that was exasperating. Their computer interface with the customer is difficult to understand and use, which wound up costing me money. I am very satisfied with the people at Jim Ellis, and the deal I got, but avoid HFC. More
