The moment I walked in, I was greeted a smiley face and led to a person who was going to help me. Lou Hammersmith, my salesperson was very attentive to my needs, yet not pushy the whole time. I had some ideas on what I wanted, and he explained different options I could choose from. I ended up getting 2015 Genesis 3.8 AWD Ultimate package, which has so many bells and whistles, including some amazing safety features. Eric Kim, the finance person explained my other options and helped me decide what would suit me with my needs.
