I had a great experience at the Jim Ellis service department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. Ford is absolutely the worst. I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charg I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charged me $1,500. I picked it up that Wednesday, and by Friday, the car was experiencing the same issue. I had the car towed back to the shop, and 30 minutes after the tow, my Ford service agent called to inform me that my front grill shutter and oil pan were cracked. The tow company showed me how they picked up my car, clearly proving they did no damage. Ford damaged my car when they picked it up and refuses to take accountability for it. Due to their negligence and lack of responsibility, my car has been marked a total loss. If they had fixed the problem correctly the first time, I wouldn’t be in this mess. Don’t buy Ford and don’t come here. More

I had already had this fixed once under warranty, but got a letter that they would be extending the warranty due to the known issues. My car had been doing the same thing it did when I initially had to have it fixed in Charleston, South Carolina I went in and made an appointment with Brad to have my car serviced. After having my car for four days in which I ubered back and forth to work, they told me that there was nothing wrong with it and the shuddering that I was experiencing when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear as well as the random jumps in RPMS were “within the parameters deemed acceptable by Ford,“ I paid $255 in diagnostic fees because I did not want them to do the $6,056 worth of additional work they quoted me outside of what I brought it in for. Not even a full week later, my car broke down, and I had it towed to a third-party mechanic under my extended warranty through CarMax. Turns out the issue that caused the breakdown was what I brought it in for. I called and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back because I wanted my money back since this is something they should have fixed, but Brad was no longer in his position, so I left a voicemail with the person who took over for him. This was over a month ago and I still have not received a call back. More

I brought my Mustang Ecoboost to Jim Ellis Ford (Sandy Springs) to have a recall addressed. I was expecting to be without my car for several days, but I actually got my car back within 24 hours. Also, when I picked up my car, I noticed that it had been washed and vacuumed. The dealership team could have just handled the recall on my Mustang, but instead they went the extra mile and detailed my car at no cost - which was a nice surprise. With all of this in mind, the next time something happens with my Mustang, I'll definitely be bringing it back to Jim Ellis Ford! More
I’ve only had wonderful experiences here. First time was for an engine issue. I went to my original dealer who kept the car for two weeks only to tell me they never encountered the issue. At Jim Ellis, they listened, understood, and empathized. Within one day they were able to identify the issue and order parts to correct it. They communicated consistently through the entire process and were very efficient. Now when any issues arise, I make the 30 minute drive here. They have excellent customer service, great communication, quality work, and an efficient process. Especially recommend Jyair. He makes the process a breeze and is very friendly to work with. More
