Not world class service. Have had to take my 2017 Camero in a several times due to a rattling gear stick. They had it over a week each time and would come back in the same condition. I was told there is nothing wrong. The last time we took the Lemon Law Paperwork we signed at the purchase and after a week and a new service advisor taking over they were able to fix the issue. They gave the car back to us in a total mess from sitting outside for a week instead of running it through their car wash. Upon washing the car I found some minor damage to a decal and had to take it back to be fixed. They did a good job on supplying a loaner vehicle. Vladimir was nice and understanding when I had to return the vehicle for the decal damage and got that repaired within an hour. He also promised a future car wash. More

Great service all the way around! I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep call I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep called and provided me a estimate. The dealership ended up having some once in a life time issues with my car and repairs took longer then any one, included the shop foreman working on my car wanted. Brandon the service manager assured me it would be handled and only asked for my patience while they worked to solve the issue. Sure enough on the fourth day I got a call saying my truck was ready to go! I went to pick it up, and was able to pay my balance on my phone securely online which was very convenient.
