The Express Lube was time saving and convenient for someone like me with a busy schedule. The business decision to close the operation will have a direct impact on my car care. A loyal Jim Ellis Automotive Group customer should be able to get routine service such as oil change and lube and tire rotation in an express type manner. The Express Lube component allowed me to leave the expensive and under qualified Jiffy Ludbe. The business decision to close this operation to make room for yet another dealership seems to indicate a focus on the bottom line and not the customers that have been loyal and need convineant service options. Having those types of options helps to develop loyal customers. More

There was a problem with the tires wearing too quickly and Luis escalated to the Service Manager and they worked with the tire company to get me a credit for new tires. Luis kept me informed about progress and really acted as a great customer advocate. It was a great experience. I felt like a valued customer and was pleased with the experience. They even washed the car before I picked it up and I was blown away by the professionalism and will absolutely look to them for all of my future service needs. Early bird gets the worm I was the first to arrive at this service center. I spent 4 1/2 hrs. there on a Saturday for front brake pads to be changed. A warped rotor was discov I was the first to arrive at this service center. I spent 4 1/2 hrs. there on a Saturday for front brake pads to be changed. A warped rotor was discovered and I must say the wait was well worth it because my vehicle now drives like new again, not to mention the staff kept checking on me with estimated times of completion almost every 20-30 minutes. I was in an atmosphere that provided excellent customer service and displayed exceptional Chevy skill set to get my vehicle back in superb driving condition. More

Check Engine Light - 2017 Tahoe I was very surprised to have the check engine light come on in my almost brand new Tahoe. Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me th I was very surprised to have the check engine light come on in my almost brand new Tahoe. Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me that whatever was going on, it would repaired. It turned out to be an evaporation leak at the fuel filler neck. Sounded complicated to me, but Vladimir explained it to me. Unfortunately, I needed a rental car because the part was not there nor were any loaner cars available. Vladimir had a porter take me to Enterprise and he also took care of the fees for the rental. It took a few more days than planned, but it was not a big issue because Vladimir kept in touch with me and also took care of the transporta More

Replace Shift Indicator The issue was fixed and relationship salvaged. I was given a loaner car while testing and replacement of my shift indicator (preventing the vehicle el The issue was fixed and relationship salvaged. I was given a loaner car while testing and replacement of my shift indicator (preventing the vehicle electronics from recognizing me shifter was actually in Park). Good experience; however, I did note that there were two scratches on my shifter that appear to be from the removal of the shifter knob. They are dime sized. Given my vehicle is a lease, I am not concerned but made a point to notify Jim Ellis as I did not cause the damage to the leather. More
