Extremely good service. I couldn't get the A/C to work. I've only had the car for 12 years :) I didn't have the A/C button on. I felt like a fool, but no one mentioned my mistake. They checked out the A/C and didn't charge me. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back, even though I live across town now. In short I've always gotten great service at J.E. Chev. Oh, and the cleanliness of the place is top notch. You could give some pointers to Kroger about their restrooms. Robert Sigman was great. Loved his sense of humor. Also, very nice young man who greeted me and showed me where to park when I first came in. More

Vladimir took care of me and my car in the kindest, most efficient way possible. He kept me informed of the progress they were making and called when the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, some information was missing (my fault, not theirs) and Robert got the information for me and finished the paperwork quickly. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, including the young man who brought the car around. Best of all, my car is running perfectly. More

Drove it in on Monday - Memorial Day - and got with Vladimir in your Service Dept who we like working with on all of our vehicles. He called the next day to share with us what had happened, and we asked him to get the oil changed & rotate and balance our tires too. Vlad - and everyone else's - in Jim Ellis Service Dept are "so nice" & "so good//so helpful" to work with. We would "highly recommend" your Service Dept. More

Purchased a used vehicle had a few issues at purchase that needed repair and was told because items not on contract they nor my additional extended warranty purchase would not cover. One major issue was a cracked hinge , cracked from frame. Not a visual item but something that should have been dealt with during their"inspection". Then after a year I find out the extended warranty cancelled with no notification or reimbursement. Many issues and no assistance! More
