Not customer service oriented I scheduled an oil change, asked how long it would take. I was informed that it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. After almost 2 hours of waiting I scheduled an oil change, asked how long it would take. I was informed that it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. After almost 2 hours of waiting my car had not even begun being serviced. No one informed me of the delay, I asked and that's how I found out. Asked to speak with the manager. Colon, the service manager, started off with a long winded explanation that the dealer closed another service location and that's why they were running so behind. It was clear they were not pro active in thinking how to handle scheduling, time management, or customer service issues after closing one of their service centers. I wasn't able to get the complete service I had scheduled for (tire rotation, fluid checks). Just asked them to change oil, they did. Colon waived the fee. Mr. Aramis Frazier was the only one who offered an apology minus the excuses, which I appreciated because my time is valuable. He should be promoted knows how to speak with a customer without being on the defensive. Won't be going back, I rather drive to AutoNation Chevy Northpoint. I bought my car there and NEVER had the issues that I've encountered at Jim Ellis (time management issues on behalf of dealer, rep forgetting to call me back, not including services we scheduled for). A big shout out to Chevy Northpoint, great sales a service team. More

Nightmare place to take a corvette I took my corvette to this dealer and what a mess, started with being told that even though i made an appointment i would not be guaranteed they got t I took my corvette to this dealer and what a mess, started with being told that even though i made an appointment i would not be guaranteed they got to my car for 1-2 weeks and oh by the way, you have to wait in yet another line for a loaner which nobody told me so that was fun. I had my roof that creaked from day 1 repaired and with only 10k miles on a 2.5 year old car that was of course not covered by the warranty, so $700 later the roof did not irritate me on an 85k car. The cupholder never clicked in so the new one the replaced with did not work either but they were happy to take my $75 for a new xxxxty plastic piece that is worthless. 2 weeks later i called and they said oh yeah, your car has been ready for a few days, but dont call the customer that would be too easy. Lastly i waited 30 minutes to pay for all the crap i never should have paid for and then my car rolls up, finally, and its filthy cause it sat outside for two weeks and looked like absolute crap. Thanks you Jim Ellis Chevrolet, i look forward to getting my money back on the useless cup holder and taking my car elsewhere. More
Extremely good service. I couldn't get the A/C to work. I've only had the car for 12 years :) I didn't have the A/C button on. I felt like a fool, but no one mentioned my mistake. They checked out the A/C and didn't charge me. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back, even though I live across town now. In short I've always gotten great service at J.E. Chev. Oh, and the cleanliness of the place is top notch. You could give some pointers to Kroger about their restrooms. Robert Sigman was great. Loved his sense of humor. Also, very nice young man who greeted me and showed me where to park when I first came in. More
