Horrible experience... be warned I have been scouring the internet looking for a very specific used car. I found exactly the car I was looking for at Jim Ellis Chevrolet... I called I have been scouring the internet looking for a very specific used car. I found exactly the car I was looking for at Jim Ellis Chevrolet... I called the next morning when they opened, put down a deposit and rearranged my schedule (and my wife's) to make a 2.5hr drive to pick the car up 3 days later. I got a call from a sales associate as I'm standing in line at the bank to get a cashiers check to pick up the car the following day... The dealership sold the car to someone else, despite my deposit holding the car. That sales associate (who'd name I've forgotten) informed me that the deposit only "holds" the sale price of the vehicle. Disgusted, I called back 10mins later and manager (Jamie) told me it was a "mix-up" and typically this doesn't happen. Since the car is gone, all they could say was "sorry". I'd have a hard time giving business to a dealership that doesn't understand/acknowledge the concept of a deposit. More

I am very happy with the results of their hard work. Terrance and Brandon handled the financials and were able to get us the best terms to fit my budget. My first car I bought from him was right out of college, didnt have the best credit but they worked with me and got me into an Impala. I really wanted a truck so I worked on my credit and finally last week my wife and I went in and he got us into a brand new 2015 Silverado. We love the truck and really reccomend going to see Reggie!
