If she did not know an answer to our question she would make sure she found out- and did! We were blown away with how quick she was to respond to us too. Through out the process, we kept agreeing with each other, "its like she really knows how important of a decision this is and wants us to make the right one!" Even after we bought our car from her, she answered questions, made sure everything was right in the car, and even brought over our car mats to our house when they did not come in the car! (Then stayed at our house helping us figure out features in the car). She invested in us, not the sale of the car. More
