What won us over was not the high pressure tactics of dealer #1, nor the 7-year financing scheme of dealer #2, but the grace and courtesy of Jacob and Melissa. We knew what vehicle we wanted, and the features we desired. They didn't have to "sell us" anything, just listen carefully and then point us in an equally acceptable alternative direction, which for us meant leasing rather than buying. Twenty-four hours later we are still savoring the experience as our Volt is outside receiving its first home charging. More

Awesome salesman, awesome dealership John had sold us my husband's GMC Sierra 2500 when he worked in Rome. When I wrecked my truck, we hit him up on Facebook to let him know I was looking for a new truck.. I saw the GMC Sierra I got online at the dealership site and called John about it. He made sure it was what I needed, checked to make sure if there was any other options, and worked hard to make sure paperwork and everything went smooth to close the deal. I love my truck! My husband loves his truck! And we will be looking soon for my son a vehicle.. I will definitely be coming back to see John. He listens to what a person wants and needs and finds the happy compromise..if not exactly everything. He goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and doesn't judge..we come in from work, and working construction, not always clean..lol More

Melissa was very knowledgeable about the product and took time to take a test drive with me and find specific VINs on the offsite lot. I feel that she she got to know me as a person... and not just a customer. After our visit Melissa followed up appropriately with me... and remembered little things that we talked about. Overall I am 100% happy with my experience and purchase... and I would recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet to anyone who wants an easy and fun experience buying or servicing a vehicle. More
