She did not pressure us the way most sales staff do, and she listened carefully as we explained what we were looking for and what we did not need or want in our vehicle. No upselling -- what a refreshing surprise! She streamlined our visit to the Finance officer, and made it clear that she is available via text or email if we have any after purchase questions or concerns (she already proved to be super-responsive to my text messages before our visit to the dealership). 10 out of 10!
