Disappointed Aside from the sales manager, Shawn, the sales and support staff were ineffective and non-responsive. They had to continually be prompted for action Aside from the sales manager, Shawn, the sales and support staff were ineffective and non-responsive. They had to continually be prompted for action and were slow to act. This is a large dealership and it seems to have great potential. However, after the few hours I had to sit and observe, their communication structure is non-existent. It was clear Shawn is the cornerstone of what they do and the employees around him cannot think for them selves and this completely hindered the buying process in terms of accuracy and speed. Just imagine what this dealership could do if they could communicate with one another and think on their own. My first and lasting impression was terrible. Would not recommend. More

Drove it in on Monday - Memorial Day - and got with Vladimir in your Service Dept who we like working with on all of our vehicles. He called the next day to share with us what had happened, and we asked him to get the oil changed & rotate and balance our tires too. Vlad - and everyone else's - in Jim Ellis Service Dept are "so nice" & "so good//so helpful" to work with. We would "highly recommend" your Service Dept. More

Purchased a used vehicle had a few issues at purchase that needed repair and was told because items not on contract they nor my additional extended warranty purchase would not cover. One major issue was a cracked hinge , cracked from frame. Not a visual item but something that should have been dealt with during their"inspection". Then after a year I find out the extended warranty cancelled with no notification or reimbursement. Many issues and no assistance! More
Best Dealer Service In My Life! I was driving thru Atlants and had a brake failure on the interstate on Friday night of the holiday weekend. They fixed my truck on Saturday while communicating with me on a regular basis. Did not promise they could fix it that quickly but said they would try. Got it done, and for $200 less than original estimate. Really good experience! Thanks guys! More

The Express Lube was time saving and convenient for someone like me with a busy schedule. The business decision to close the operation will have a direct impact on my car care. A loyal Jim Ellis Automotive Group customer should be able to get routine service such as oil change and lube and tire rotation in an express type manner. The Express Lube component allowed me to leave the expensive and under qualified Jiffy Ludbe. The business decision to close this operation to make room for yet another dealership seems to indicate a focus on the bottom line and not the customers that have been loyal and need convineant service options. Having those types of options helps to develop loyal customers. More
