Disappointed I dropped my car off on my lunch break at 12:30pm. I was told I would receive a call when my car was ready. Which I never gotten, I came back at 6:45pm and my car still wasn’t ready. Which made me late to my second job. From the explanation that was given to me; I took it as the paying customer was priority and because I didn’t wait on my car. My 2:00 o’clock appointment didn’t mean anything. I can’t give you the actual names of the people who assisted me because for some strange reason I didn’t receive any paperwork this time. (That’s odd) More
It gets the job done Service was done for the car and now it works as expected, what I don't like is the timing, I have a device attached to the car that lets me know what Service was done for the car and now it works as expected, what I don't like is the timing, I have a device attached to the car that lets me know what is happening on it and I could see that after taking it to the service center it was analyzed in couple of hours, then parked on the back for most of the day, then at the end of the day they called me back to let me know what was wrong with the car. If I had received the info about what was wrong early I could have take it to another service center since it was something quite simple and easy to fix also cheaper, but due to being called really late and being without the car for longer time the need to get it fixed increases, therefore the willingness to pay their price is higher to get the car back. More
Slow service 3 hours to get an oil change, they went on break while I sat and waited. My appointment was for 1pm and I didn't leave until 4pm. New Corvette purchase Everything was great finding the car and doing the deal. Things went down a level when I got home and saw spots, maybe tree sap, all over the hood and Everything was great finding the car and doing the deal. I was asked to bring it back and they did a better job but still spots on the surface. I’m taking it to a detailer to get all the imperfections removed. Love the car though! More

The truck had been finished for hours, but no body found me to let me know. In the service represenrative’s defense, he was very apologetic and is working to make it right, which I appreciate. My hope is that my next visit will be better. More
