Took to long Had appointments for two vehicles to get the gold bow ties changed to black ones that I had ordered on line and to have a soft bed cover put on one o Had appointments for two vehicles to get the gold bow ties changed to black ones that I had ordered on line and to have a soft bed cover put on one of them , a pick up. Was going to bring one in one day and the other the next morning. Dropped the pick-up off at 8:30 AM and waited all day to find out at the end of the day that one of the rails on the bed cover was bent. Was told to bring the truck back the next morning and could probably wait on it to be installed, but call first. I called in the AM and was told the cover was on a truck and that they would call me when it was unloaded. Never heard anything all day so I called them at 3:30. They asked could it be put off until the next day because the shop foreman was about to end his shift. Was asked if that would be OK. I told them I wanted it done because they said they would do it that day and I didn't want to keep getting rides back and forth from work. They said that if I could get there in a hurry they would do it. Got there in 10 mins and the cover was on in 40 mins and was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. Had to wait a day and then dropped my Tahoe off to get the bow ties replaced with black ones and add a hitch cover. It took 8 hrs. I am not sure if my work was handled this way because I ordered and paid directly to Chevrolet Accessories. The only good part about the whole deal was that Sueann in the service department was as helpful, pleasant and courteous as she could be. If I do use this service department again it would be because of her professionalism. More
Bad, The worst experience I had with Jim Ells Chevrolet I have 2016 SIlverado that was stalling. I took it in on a Thursday. The tech stated they would call me before the end of the day, He didn't call me u I have 2016 SIlverado that was stalling. I took it in on a Thursday. The tech stated they would call me before the end of the day, He didn't call me until Monday of the following week. He then tells me that I need a $4500 new transmission. He said there was some internal damage in my transmission. I asked how does a transmission go out on a 2016 Silverado and he says because I have a 100,000 miles on the vehicle. I say, "That means that Chevy Silverados are only good for 100,000 miles?" He stuttered for a bit and continued on with how much I had to pay ($158.00), never answering my question. He didn't give me any additional options or tell me anything help. When I pick up my car, I take it to another Chevy dealership and they looked at it and did a transmission fluid flush and change and then says the fluid needed to be change. I was shocked. I payed $185.00 just for that. From now on I will take my trucks elsewhere for servicing. More

I need to take my truck back. I have a Platinum Dealer Membership for tires and wheels in my new truck. I took my truck originally to have a new tire installed. Now, I have to tak I have a Platinum Dealer Membership for tires and wheels in my new truck. I took my truck originally to have a new tire installed. Now, I have to take my truck back. because the Tire Monitor Service message now is showing in my truck. This should have been checked when the new tire was installed. Now, I have to take time off from work again, to take my truck back to have them check the message Tire Monitor Service. The Technicians need to make sure they checked that everything is good to go. So frustrated that I have to take more time to take the truck back. It could have been all fixed and taken care of one trip. More
