I appreciated the laid back and calm atmosphere and lack of high pressure to purchase a car immediately, although I did, (but not due to feeling pressured). Good Stuff: The dealership is nice enough. Parking is tough since it's such a small lot. The place is clean and presentable. Evan is a good kid. Very polite and helpful. Bad Stuff: It seems the manager (whoever it is, I never got to meet him/her) is pretty good at hiding and saying no. Evan was able to get the bad TPM sensor on the "we owe you" list. But, I have yet to receive it or get a call to schedule the replacement. I couldn't get them to include the charger with the car (seems kind of pointless to have a PHEV without a charger...) but I was able to buy one on Amazon for $120. All-in-all, not a stellar experience. I didn't haggle on the price at all, so not sure why the lack of post sale communication. I'd figure a customer who just comes in, pays your asking price and leaves would be your ideal used car customer??? But, it is what I have come to expect from dealerships lately. More
