Found the vehicle online on a Sunday and made contact thru the dealership online service and was called first thing Monday morning. I had a couple of question to get answered. A couple of hours later Jaylan called while at the vehicle to answer any and all question that I might have. All were answer then with what I needed to know. As I was 4.5hrs away in TN, I ask for an Out The Door CASH Price as I would have to take care of all other items once back in state. He ask to call me back and would get the numbers, About 10min and he call with the dealerships price, we haggled a brief moment of which had to get confirmation from manager, about 2min in time. The dealership accepted the offer. So next was a bit of quirk, as we had to figure out a way to get a deposit to hold while I had to get the Bank Check for verification and insurance. By the end of the day it was a done deal with deposit to hold. I made arrangement and got the Bank Check and Insurance Binder, send Jaylan the copies they needed and setup a time on Saturday to get. Jaylan sent me all the documents for recent certified work in their Service Center and what was done, TPMS sensors, charger cord etc. This is where Jaylan went above and beyond to me, The car was already nice, but he had the car detailed out, fully charged on battery ( EV / Hybrid ) and a full tank of gas. Now when I got there, I typically do testing of my own to see what is what, I am not sure about what there service dept did, but I found a lot DTC Faults, these were all from the things like the TPMS Sensor replacement, so forth. I should these to him and he immediate got there manager to show so that it could be brought up to the Service Dept on things. The car had no issue, I preformed a series of test in the battery and other function and reset the system and then test drove. All was good. The deal was completed total time in about an hour, Jaylan got with the finance and Mr. Ned was outstanding chatting about things we had in common. All in All, this was one of the best experience have had with a dealership any where. If I was in the market would give this young man a call to see what he could do. I have no regret and glad made the trip of 10+ hours there and back to get this vehicle. They are that outstanding More

I had a conversation with a employee here and inquired about the lease price. She promised to contact me once the price was calculated, but it's been two days with no response. This is my first time experiencing such poor customer service from a car dealership. More
