Spent half the afternoon working with Kyle and a sales manager. In the process of negotiating I was told that I had the right of first refusal. I told him I would call him right back, and in less than 3 minutes, Kyle texts me to say that another person sold the vehicle.Extremely poor customer service, and it’s obvious that this dealership can’t be trusted. Do NOT allow them to run your credit. Jim Ellis Chevrolet will waste your afternoon and deliver the worst customer service of any car lot in Georgia. More
