Known the Jim Ellis Brand as a whole for over a decade plus - my experience all throughout was very pleasant & courteous - Mr. Frost, Mark Frost always made sure I was taken care of. My favorite back then when I first met this Dealership was Mr. Rich Pisanti - now there are many new faces - but nevertheless I received nothing but solid customer service satisfaction - Mr. Jamie Warren, heads up to an amazing well rounded GM with the best of Executive Qualities any Brand could wish for.. His right hand Service Director Mr. Jason Blanchard acts in full unison as the Perfect Head of Cadillac's Service Department. Mr. Blanchard has several decades of experience, very well educated hands-on experience and super skilled know-how from the basic of simple mechanics to the very depth of intricate complexity of transmissions, engines, and its electronic components that run through the entire vehicle. Conversing with Mr. Blanchard you can tell he is not the loligagging type he gets down on the nitty gritty - he'll go more than just an extra mile if he senses there can be more done than meets the eye; he will deliver the best in customer service satisfaction. He is a Man that stands solid with a strong backbone and sound character. The Jim Ellis Brand can be proud to have found such well rounded and super seasoned Service Director as Mr. Jason Blanchard. RESPECT. And much thanks to an amazing GM Mr. Jamie Warren - heeey Ladies & Gentlemen let the Holiday Season begin - you are in the best of hands with Jim Ellis Cadillac Service Team and Management. II bought a New Cadillac & have NEVER been so disappointed with a new car as I am with this one! From trying to buy a new one (I eventually bought from another dealer in a different state), to th disappointed with a new car as I am with this one! From trying to buy a new one (I eventually bought from another dealer in a different state), to the Collision Dept (someone ran into my new car) to the Service Dept (for my warranty), I have gotten poor service from you every step of the way. I thought a GM car would be better than the M-Benz’s that I’ve had in the past. Boy: was I wrong! It took 10 months to get 1 chip; I’m still waiting for another chip. A customer has to give you an email address before she will be connected to them; service reps do not give out their cards. You’re wasting money on ads & surveys: you need to help your employees & work on customer service. It really is bad!!! More

I enjoy visiting this dealership. All of the people are very friendly and helpful. They provide coffee and water as well as snacks. Everything is exceptionally clean. The seating is fairly comfortable and there are charging outlets available. I would give a 5 star rating if the wait time were not so long. I waited nearly 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. More
