I find the mechanics assigned to repair my CT4 isn’t very knowledgeable with this type of vehicle. My reason for this statement is necessary since Jim Ellis kept my car for 8 days after ordering parts just knowledgeable with this type of vehicle. Went in for a recall. Was told of a problem that I was not aware of. When I asked about another problem, the service person acknowledged he noticed it, but indicated it Was told of a problem that I was not aware of. Lovely dealership. Service department took almost 2 hours longer than estimated & made me over an hour late to my hair appointment. Check engine light came on (stabil Service department took almost 2 hours longer than estimated & made me over an hour late to my hair appointment. Check engine light came on (stabilitrack) a couple of days after service when I went through some big puddles. Light cleared as soon as car dried. Never happened before, so I believe it’s a mechanic’s fault. Your service department would not acknowledge the possibility it was an issue created by your shop. More
