I had an awful experience. I waited 4 hrs for brand new tires, only to discover my car was never touched. I was not told up front that 3 technicians called out. The service manager promised I would get a call the next day. As of today, I’ve heard nothing. The waiting room was freezing cold and there was no Internet. This is a horrible service department. No communication during the day and why wasn't recommendations told while car was serviced.I had to return again and then the previous service had to be repeated and wondering if it caused current recommendations told while car was serviced.I had to return again and then the previous service had to be repeated and wondering if it caused current issues. Not a happy customer right now.Praying that no more issues develop. Prior visited I had to return because interior of car after repair was left marked up with what look to be oil or grease in the top of the vehicle and was cleared to be returned to me.Long day and still had to return. To be fair my response to the cleanliness of the vehicle is scored on a previous visit .My visit on the 28th i opted out the clean up due to vehicle being there all day nit ready when I arrived still had to wait and i was tired and ready to get home.Price quoted on phone was not the same at the counter until I made mention of it .I felt like they may not be the same for all customers. I really want to be treated fairly. More
