So far I’m 13 weeks into a repair. The problem is pretty serious on my new Cadillac Escalade. But 13 weeks just means they’re moving way to slow. My rating may change once I get the car back and if the service department actually fixes it. Good people but definitely not enough man power to complete serious issues quickly. They also swapped out my loaner twice because they sold it. Just don’t feel important here so far. Again let’s see once the repair is done. More

Car is still experiencing same issue that it was before service. I was charged for rental from hertz and also Jim Ellis.
