Sales lady Linda Macklin was excellent. I had an issue and it was addressed right away. Car looked better in person than on the Internet. Sorry to say this but asking sales person to check all the fluids and gas but he ignored everything I said. Then I called next day and the sales person say there’s nothing he can do about it. If I could provide a -10 score I would. The company has failed to honor their word to us at every turn. They sold us a used car that threw a code during the test drive. They offered to r The company has failed to honor their word to us at every turn. They sold us a used car that threw a code during the test drive. They offered to repair the car and 3 months later the car is still not repaired. We have paid for the car and it is still not drivable. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding to us at all about the ongoing problems. We have it in writing that they have agreed to repair the car! We have texted, called and emailed the sales manager, used car manger, the GM, finance manager and the President and VP of the company and NO ONE is responding to us. This is clearly a horrible way to treat a customer and the worst car buying experience I have ever had! They are not reputable and clearing don't stand behind their commitments. More
