I literally handed the salesperson an easy deal. I asked for a seasoned salesperson and was sent to Jonathan since Charles was no longer there. Well, I repeated myself several times, received an inflated bill of sale in which the price of the car was much more than the MSRP advertised on the website. They also added optional ancillary products as well as an “Allstate paint and protection” plan advising that it couldn’t be removed because the services had already been applied to the vehicle. If that’s the case then tell me why the coverage protects against future incidents. To add insult to injury, beside I wanted this vehicle, I was told to expect a call from the finance manager. My financing is already in place. The salesperson only wanted to know when I would present myself at the dealership. Well…..never got that call from the finance manager so I guess my 60k ain’t about nothing. Their service department is the best but sales SUCK! How do you fumble something that’s given to you??? Do not use the service department. I set up an appt 1 week in advanced and verified $$$ and that the service could be completed on that day.
