I find the mechanics assigned to repair my CT4 isn’t very knowledgeable with this type of vehicle. My reason for this statement is necessary since Jim Ellis kept my car for 8 days after ordering parts just knowledgeable with this type of vehicle. Went in for a recall. Was told of a problem that I was not aware of. When I asked about another problem, the service person acknowledged he noticed it, but indicated it Was told of a problem that I was not aware of.
