Most insulting is waiting hrs for a oil change and being billed outrageous markups afterwards. This time it was almost 3 hrs for a fuel filter, and oil change. To top that the fuel filter is marked up from billed outrageous markups afterwards. This time it was almost 3 hrs for a fuel filter, and oil change. To top that the fuel filter is marked up from $13.99 to over $200 installed. Then I'm lied to and told my tires have been balanced and rotation. I would rather them not wash my truck, charge me less and get me out sooner. The last time I was there my truck leaked oil, and I had to bring it back. They said the oil filter wasn't tight. Nice! So far I would rather go to the DMV. More
The service techs sell you up on things you don't need. They failed to rotate my tires, which was part off the service. I will likely go back to Classic Cadillac for my service going forward.
