I have absolutely no trust in this made for internet statement you posted. I was once again told by someone at this dealership that another temporary tag was being sent to me and a confirmation of this delivery’s tracking would be texted to me. Yet again, a promise made and a promise not kept. I have not received a text. I am still in the dark about the title search for this car and have no idea when I will receive the vehicle’s registration. I have a current temporary tag set to expire on 8.02.22 and I have no clue if you have sent a new one. No one at this dealership has done anything they have promised. Even now the receptions avoids my calls or sends me directly to voicemail boxes instead of having anyone answer my concerns. Furthermore, you have violated truth in lending laws with the tactics you are using pushing customers like me into financing situations where you can earn a profit. You lied about how many times you ran my credit and created two hard inquiries on my report. At this point I am convinced that you are intentionally not following through with my registration in order to keep me in this higher interest rate loan that profits you. I am seeking legal counsel and I am going to report you to the attorney general’s office. I hope this post makes anyone considering doing business with you resist these strong arm tactics you are using for profits and go find another dealer.
