I am ordering 2 Cadillac Lyriq I have a pre order number from the factory for a 2023 model RWD and a 2024 AWD. this dealership insist that they are adding a package for $3998.00 to any car sold at their dea from the factory for a 2023 model RWD and a 2024 AWD. this dealership insist that they are adding a package for $3998.00 to any car sold at their dealership. This is of course just a add on market adjustment price above the MSRP. I really can't believe that Dealership could be so greedy as to lose the sale of $125,000.00 worth of vehicles and treat a jim ellis customer who has bought a Jim Ellis 2019 Audi A6 a $77,000 car this way. I tried to call the general manager and they said he was not there 5 times. I challenge Jimmy Ellis to contact me and honor his Jim Ellis promise ,which no one at this dealership follows and explain how a good customer or any customer can be so RIPPED OFF. Johnny Le has my info name is Michael C. GM has warned dealers against charging over MSRP and these dealers just ignore them. Maybe I should just order a Tesla . Mr. Kleen, Good morning. I am writing to notify you that I have called Cadillac corporate to file a formal complaint about the way I was treated by you in your dealership yesterday. I intend to speak w that I have called Cadillac corporate to file a formal complaint about the way I was treated by you in your dealership yesterday. I intend to speak with the general manager of the dealership about your behavior and eventually the owner if my concerns are not adequately addressed. My concerns are as follows: Rick lied to me about the car being inspected and ready for test drive on Saturday. I drove two hours after speaking with Keith and Rick yesterday to test drive the vehicle. Neither of them notified me that the vehicle would not be ready or that there were mechanical issues with the vehicle. After I requested another salesman to try and salvage my time and the purchase you lied to me about the vehicle's mechanical condition. You were rude to me and raised your voice at me while we were discussing price and the undisclosed mechanical issues. You turned your back on me in the sales office while I was mid sentence and you stormed out on me without saying goodbye. This was all after I spent two hours waiting for the vehicle mechanic to get back from lunch to test drive the vehicle after I drove an additional two hours to get there. I am a disabled veteran and driving four hours total in a day to view a broken car is not only inconvenient it's also physically painful for me. You treated me like a second class citizen for politely voicing my concerns with everything that was wrong with the car and how it was misrepresented to me before viewing it yesterday. I do not appreciate your bad attitude or your dishonesty. I do not appreciate you wasting my time. You have bad manners and you behave like a petty little tyrant. You should be ashamed of your behavior and you owe me an apology. More
