It's been a week since my first experience with this dealership and other than a phone call to speak with me about what happened nothing has changed. Still haven't heard anything about the vehicle's repair status or what the dealership is doing about the sales GM Mr. kleen outright lying to my face about the vehicle being in poor mechanical condition and then him being aggressive towards me when I politely told him the vehicle was misrepresented to me and is currently broken.
