I had to accept and pay this if I wanted the car. I could have used that towards getting one of the Carbon Fiber packages, instead I left that option un checked and ultimately purchased the car. More

I bought a 2020 Chrysler Voyager from them, end of May 2022. I've already had three issues with the van. I went to them Saturday, after having my third issue and three small kids in the car. They said they probably wouldn't be able to help since they weren't Chrysler- which would make sense and be fine expect I just purchased it from them. They assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle upon purchase but how would they know since they aren't a Chrysler dealership. It took me a long time to buy a car. It was an expense I didn't take lightly and for them to not follow up with what they sold and to turn away, knowing there's a problem tells me alot about why people don't trust car salesmen. More

They also swapped out my loaner twice because they sold it. Just don’t feel important here so far. Again let’s see once the repair is done. More
I am ordering 2 Cadillac Lyriq I have a pre order number from the factory for a 2023 model RWD and a 2024 AWD. this dealership insist that they are adding a package for $3998.00 to any car sold at their dea from the factory for a 2023 model RWD and a 2024 AWD. this dealership insist that they are adding a package for $3998.00 to any car sold at their dealership. This is of course just a add on market adjustment price above the MSRP. I really can't believe that Dealership could be so greedy as to lose the sale of $125,000.00 worth of vehicles and treat a jim ellis customer who has bought a Jim Ellis 2019 Audi A6 a $77,000 car this way. I tried to call the general manager and they said he was not there 5 times. I challenge Jimmy Ellis to contact me and honor his Jim Ellis promise ,which no one at this dealership follows and explain how a good customer or any customer can be so RIPPED OFF. Johnny Le has my info name is Michael C. GM has warned dealers against charging over MSRP and these dealers just ignore them. Maybe I should just order a Tesla . Better watch out and pay attention to what the CEO of ford just did making ordering electric fords straight from the factory.. NO MORE DEALER. Hope to hear from you SOON JIMMY ELLIS. More
