First let me say, I was an out-of-state buyer so I never visited the dealership or met any of the people who worked this transaction in person. He was nice before we made the deal and every subsequent conversation he was rather rude and rushed me off the phone. The transaction was executed by a finance person, Joe. He was nice and always followed through. I definitely felt uneasy purchasing a car I had never seen before. The dealership did nothing to reassure me. I basically bought this car and prayed it would work out. I ONLY bought this car because it was the only one I could find with the options I wanted and Jim Ellis is a reputable dealership. The nicest person was Matt, the gentleman the coordinated the transport of the vehicle. He was great! Unfortunately there are still a few issues that have not been resolved and Matt has told me the dealership would call me but they never have. I paid FULL asking price and paid for the car to be shipped to me. I am a recent widow and I feel like no one at Jim Ellis has really gone out of their way to help me through this. Very sad! More

This was a repeat visit. I came in for my first oil change and a tire rotation. I was there for about 2 hours which was fine but had to return a few days later because my b I came in for my first oil change and a tire rotation. I was there for about 2 hours which was fine but had to return a few days later because my breaks were not functioning properly. Turns out this was an issue on XT5s. I had to come back and spend much more to get it fixed. I felt like someone should have checked to see if there were any issues/recalls when I originally brought my car in. The folks in the service department were polite and did their jobs but it was a slow day for them. Providing the customer with a status update would have been helpful. More
