I never spoke to either of the individuals listed. I bought my car over the phone and online. The sales person- Blake Kenya- immediately passed me over to finance and despite have several questions NO I bought my car over the phone and online. My experience with finance was good and the transportation person (Matt) was good. But the sales people are terrible and rude. I would not recommend buying a car from Jim Ellis unless you do so in person and live close by the actual dealership. More
