Saved me from having to drive to Atlanta and sit in a dealership for hours. The days of being tossed around with lots of high pressure sales techniques are thankfully gone. Chris and the team were great to work with on this deal. The car was delivered to me and my trade was picked up at the same time. One last note, don't deal with any dealership that loves to add crazy fees beyond a standard document fee. It's not uncommon for slimy dealerships to get you emotionally attached to a vehicle only to add stupid fees on top of the sales price. I had one dealership try to add $5,000 worth of bogus fees. Heck, one was a $1700 used car evaluation fee! That's saying they want to charge me for selling them my car. I don't think so. I walked out. Jim Ellis has a fair documentation fee plus the tax, tag, and title. They didn't try to charge me any hidden fees on top of the sales price nor charge to deliver my vehicle. That's good business. Thank you Jim Ellis. I've dealt with you for years and look forward to future business together. More

No quality control, I had to go to the dealership twice and today my Cadillac Escalade is still do have tinted windows that I was told was completed and it’s not. I was charged for window tint $599, and if I had not said anything the dealership was just going to keep my money. I don’t like to be cheated. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and I have had nothing but problems and a lost of my time traveling back and fourth to the dealership. You cannot tell me it was a mistake because a couple of days after I purchased the vehicle the dealership picked it up from my home to complete these exact things, vehicle wrap, fabric protection, tint windows and floor mats and wheel lock. I don’t have the mats or wheel lock. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and never went through this. So again I have to take my time to get my vehicle windows tinted the same windows I paid Jim Ellis to tint and my money was taken with a smile. More
