I never spoke to either of the individuals listed. I bought my car over the phone and online. The sales person- Blake Kenya- immediately passed me over to finance and despite have several questions NO I bought my car over the phone and online. The sales person- Blake Kenya- immediately passed me over to finance and despite have several questions NO SALES PERSON EVER CALLED ME. My experience with finance was good and the transportation person (Matt) was good. But the sales people are terrible and rude. I would not recommend buying a car from Jim Ellis unless you do so in person and live close by the actual dealership. More
