I purchased a 2023 cadillac last week and still haven't received my second set of keys. Also, I haven't received the paperwork for the car. And when the car was delivered it had old torn floor mats. Had a good experience buying a car here. Juan was really nice and not pushy at all. I will get the deal I want next time though or I’ll walk! Only reason for giving four stars for Jim Ellis is simply because the finance guy tried to snatch ever penny he could and wouldn’t budge at all on the price even though it dropped $1,400 online after I bought it. That kind of tactic will keep individuals like me from going back . Overall though it was a nice day with not much hassle. More
