We had the best experience in the beginning. The process was easy and painless. The real problem didn’t occur until after the paperwork was signed. It took them a month to payoff my trade in. The process was easy and painless. The real problem didn’t occur until after the paperwork was signed. It took them a month to payoff my trade in. I was harassed by the lien holder daily. After calling Jim Ellis several times about correcting the situation it still took them 2 weeks to send off the payment. The lien holder has reported me 30 days past due and now my credit score went down 86 points. I cannot get an answer from Jim Ellis about if they are willing to help me rectify this with the lien holder. I also had a dead battery after purchase and asked if they could help us out and it took six days for them to get back in touch with us. I would not do business with Jim Ellis ever again. More

The process was very smooth. No haggling like I had at another dealership less then a mile from Jim Ellis. As long as nothing happens with the new car (2023). The check engine light came on 2 weeks after I got the car. Took in in for service since I was hitting the road the day before thanksgiving. Hopefully, there is nothing wrong with it. They turned the light out. Drove it 10 miles. The technician left his bottled water i my car, had the seat reclined back and the music blasted on the station he changed it to. More
