If you have nothing better to do and you want to spend over 3 hours for an Oil Change and Tire rotation when you had an 11:00 AM appointment, then during the 3 hours being totally ignored and forgotten, n over 3 hours for an Oil Change and Tire rotation when you had an 11:00 AM appointment, then during the 3 hours being totally ignored and forgotten, never kept informed, their texting service to do this does not work or they choose to ignore your text, THEN this is your place to be. Then wait another 30 minutes for them to get your vehicle delivered back to you "because it was blocked in by other vehicles." This is supposed to be a Cadillac Dealership, it is NOT a Cadillac experience that is for SURE! When you buy a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) your first Oil Change is free, should have learned my lesson then, this is the LAST time I use a Jim Ellis Service, the MOG was just as bad!!! More
